Editorial Policy

Version 1.0 · effective October 12, 2026

Useful over viral. Sourced over asserted. Checked before published.

What we publish

Practical guidance on self-discipline, quiet confidence, productivity, everyday resilience and self-improvement tools. We avoid clinical topics, medication, diets, financial advice and anything requiring a licensed professional.

How articles are made

  1. Topics are chosen for usefulness and relevance, not search volume alone.
  2. Research comes first: we retrieve and store sources (peer-reviewed studies, institutional pages and reputable references) before writing.
  3. Drafting may be AI-assisted. Every evidence claim must map to a stored source.
  4. Automated checks block unsupported statistics, absolute claims, fabricated experience, copied passages and unsafe advice.
  5. Publication is automatic: an article goes live only after it passes every automated quality and fact check; anything flagged is held back. Articles are not individually reviewed by a human editor, and each one says how it was made. Corrections are logged and dated.

Corrections

If we got something wrong, email [email protected]. Corrections are noted on the article with an updated date.

Independence
